1. Give us a brief summary of your company and how you got started.
24 years old and with one mission, help founders achieve their dreams. 12 years ago that meant building strong profitable businesses. Today the mission has been fine tuned to include financing social change with a portion of those profits. Accounting Management Inc. offers CFO, COO and Financial Consulting services to consumable goods services.
2. How have you adjusted your business to shelter in place and what effects do you think this global shift will have for brands?
Teaching team members, clients and friends to have compassion and understanding, this has allowed for great collaboration on finding solutions and pivoting as one force.
3. What is the most important financial shift that a business can and should make to sustain during this time?
Pivot for profitability, only a strong healthy financial statement can sustain your business.
4. What consumer buying trends do you predict, post-pandemic?
eComm will represent a bigger chunk of sales, consumers will support brands with integrity, purpose and mission for social change.
5. What is one piece of advice you would give to an entrepreneur in the early stages of setting up their business as shelter-in-place lifts nationwide?
Plan your budget with 10 months of Revenue, 12 months of expenses, and positive EBITDA
